Memphis

After Easter we headed for Memphis. Our first stop was Graceland.

We saw many things related to Elvis. Go figure.

Elvis had many gold records.

People still come and spend time at Elvis's memorial.

We visited the Elvis car museum.

We visited Beale Street and had lunch at the Blues City Cafe. It was across the street from BB Kings place.

Beale Street was an interesting place. Many good places to eat and places to hear good blues music. Groups were out on the street playing and singing.

After Beale Street we went to the Riverside along the Mississippi River. It was a nice park with good scenes of the river.

This is a view of the road leading to our RV park. It was nice and quite until we had a thunder & lightning & wind storm on our last night. We thought the trailer would be flying to Nashville.
