Michael had been asking to ride a horse for a long time. A neighbor of Joanne & Alan has two horses and Michael had been seeing them while we were staying in Ramona. The neighbor was willing to let Michael ride one of the horses.
The neighbor spent time showing Michael the horse and letting him get familiar with "Sinbad". Then he walked Sinbad and Michael around the pasture.
Lillie also wanted to ride.
After about a half-hour of riding Michael was all smiles.
Kaleb preferred riding his dad's shoulders.
Michael turned 21 this year and the family go together to celebrate.

Joanne gave Michael three scratchers for his birthday. She said he had to split with her if he won anything. He did not win anything.
